If you do not agree to these terms you should not use the application.

2. Description of the Service

Fortify provides tools designed to help users recognize and respond to potential scams, fraud attempts, and other digital security risks.

Fortify may include features such as:

• Scam call identification
• SMS filtering tools
• Breach monitoring
• Security alerts
• Educational awareness content

Fortify is not a replacement for personal judgment when interacting with unknown communications.

3. User Accounts

Some features require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your login credentials
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions

Fortify may offer premium features through a subscription.

Subscriptions may include:

• Free trial periods
• Recurring billing through the Apple App Store
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Payment processing and subscription management are handled by Apple.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.

Deleting your Fortify account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Fortify for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer the application
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service
• Abuse breach lookup systems or security infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The Fortify application, branding, software, and content are the intellectual property of Dowalo LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Fortify without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fortify provides security signals and alerts designed to assist users in identifying potential threats.

However, Fortify cannot guarantee that all scams, malicious calls, or unsafe websites will be detected or prevented.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dowalo LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

• Missed scam detections
• Delayed alerts
• Service interruptions
• Reliance on information provided by the app

Users remain responsible for their own decisions when interacting with communications or websites.

9. Termination

You may stop using Fortify at any time.

Your account may be terminated if you violate these Terms of Service.

You may also delete your account from within the application.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Continued use of Fortify after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
